SOUPER
BOWL
Canned Soup Donation Drive

Bring your
POP TOP SOUP DONATIONS
to our Hospitality House
1002 N Main Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705
January 16 - February 27
As the community rallies around the big game, The Salvation Army Tucson is calling on local businesses, offices, and organizations to team up for a different kind of win: feeding neighbors who are experiencing housing insecurity. The Army will kick off its “Souper Bowl” donation drive , collecting pop-top canned soups to help provide nourishing meals across Southern Arizona.
Pop-top soups are especially critical because they can be opened without a can opener, making them ideal for individuals living without access to kitchens. Each can donated becomes an immediate meal for someone in need and a meaningful way for businesses to give back.
“Soup may seem simple, but for someone who is hungry and without stable housing, it can mean everything.”
Major Andres Espinoza,
The Salvation Army Tucson City Coordinator
“This is an easy, impactful way for local businesses to make a difference. A simple box in a break room or lobby can turn into hundreds of meals for our neighbors who are struggling.”
Businesses and community groups are encouraged to host their own Souper Bowl collection drives and challenge other companies to participate. Donations of pop-top canned soups can be dropped off at The Salvation Army Tucson, 1002 N. Main Ave., or arrangements can be made for larger collections.
The Salvation Army Tucson serves thousands of individuals each year through its emergency shelter, food, toys for children during the holidays, backpacks filled with school supplies, and critical social services. The Souper Bowl drive will help ensure that as needs rise, no neighbor is left hungry.
